The company follows you home to Ladue
Dinner, the drive down 40, bed. You are physically present and mentally running the business. Your family has stopped mentioning it.

The licensed counselor St. Louis executives hire when the problem is not the business.
I am based in St. Louis and work with executives, business owners, physicians, pastors, and other high performers across the region, in person at your home or office in Ladue, Clayton, Frontenac, Town and Country, Chesterfield, Wildwood, St. Albans, and West County, or by video anywhere in the country. Ten years of clinical practice, a seminary degree, and an executive coaching practice built around one idea: your work, your marriage, your stress, and your purpose are one system, and the coaching should be able to see all of it.

Does this sound like you?
Dinner, the drive down 40, bed. You are physically present and mentally running the business. Your family has stopped mentioning it.
Your peers are across the table at every board and every club. Your spouse is inside the life the decisions affect. So you decide alone.
Patient and present all day for clients and employees. Short, distracted, and quick to correct by 7 p.m.
Control, defensiveness, people pleasing, overwork. You know it. You still do it. Insight has not changed it.
The house, the club, the trip. You have it and cannot enjoy it without guilt or restlessness.
Not a pep talk and not a therapist’s waiting room. Someone who can handle the real material at your level and keep it private.
What makes this different
Psychological depth, whole-person scope, and a whiteboard.
Most executive coaching in St. Louis works on leadership competencies. Most therapy works on symptoms. I do neither by itself. I look at the person behind the role, find the pattern connecting what your board said, what your spouse says, and what you say to yourself at 3 a.m., and draw it out so you can see it. Clients tell me I see patterns other experts miss. That is the clinical training, and it is why I built the practice this way.
Engagements are defined, confidential, and built around real-world implementation between meetings. For local clients, in-person meetings at your home or office are available. There is no brick-and-mortar coaching office and no waiting room; the privacy is part of the design. See a sample Whole-Person Profile
A story I see often
A West County business owner came in to fix his stress. His business got easier after his marriage did.
Details changed. Ninety employees, a house in Town and Country, and a wife who had gone quiet two years earlier. He experienced her silence as peace. When it became clear it was loneliness, the work had a direction, and it started with him. As the home strain lifted, judgment and patience came back at work, and he expanded into a second market that year.
He had been carrying the relational strain as a constant background load. Once it lifted, the capacity he needed for the business had been there all along. That is what whole-person coaching means in practice.
How an engagement starts
You tell me what is actually going on. I tell you honestly whether it is the kind of problem I help with, and whether coaching or clinical care is the right door. No pitch, and no pressure to decide on the call.
One defined problem is Focused Coaching. A problem that crosses work and home is Integrated Coaching. If you want a full working model of how you operate, that is Private Advisory. I will tell you which one fits, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
Integrated and Private Advisory engagements start with assessment and a written synthesis: strengths, blind spots, the patterns connecting your complaints, and the two or three leverage points that will change the most. See a sample Whole-Person Profile
Meetings roughly every other week. Between them you run specific experiments: a conversation you have been avoiding, a decision, a boundary, a different response under pressure. The map gets corrected by what actually happens.

St. Louis service area
Private coaching is available across the region and nationally by video.
Locally, clients may come from St. Louis City and County as well as communities such as Ladue, Frontenac, Town and Country, Huntleigh, Clayton, Creve Coeur, Chesterfield, Clarkson Valley, Wildwood, Glencoe, and St. Albans. These place names are used to clarify the area served—not to imply a separate office in each community.
Because the work is private and largely virtual, geography matters less than fit. This St. Louis page is the local hub for executive coaching throughout the region.
Life coaching in Chesterfield, MOQuestions
No, by design. For local clients I come to your home, your office, or another private location you choose. There is no waiting room and no chance of running into someone you know. Video is also available and is how most engagements run.

No. Coaching is provided under a coaching agreement and is organized around patterns, decisions, and implementation. I am a Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor, and if what you describe belongs in therapy, I will say so. My clinical practice is separate from the coaching on this site.

Yes. Focused Coaching is two months around one defined problem. Most clients start with Integrated Coaching. The first call is where we decide together which depth fits.
