Mental overdrive
The business keeps running in your head long after the workday ends.
Executive coaching for business owners
Private coaching for owners and entrepreneurs who want more than business tactics: clearer thinking, healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and a life that does not depend on constant pressure.

What tends to bring people here
You may know how to run the company and still not know what to do with the pressure it creates.
Owners often arrive with a practical concern—burnout, delegation, a transition, a relationship strain, or a sense that the business has become too psychologically expensive.
The work is not technical business consulting. I look at the human patterns underneath how you lead, decide, recover, relate, and define success.
Common pressure points
The business keeps running in your head long after the workday ends.
Too many consequential decisions depend on you, and the cost of a bad one feels unusually high.
The people closest to you may receive the fatigue, distraction, or intensity left over from work.
Three levels of depth
$2,750 · 2 months. One defined problem or outcome, four private meetings, implementation, and a brief continuation plan.
$4,500 · 4 months. An interconnected problem, targeted assessment, concise written synthesis, eight meetings, and limited between-session support.
$7,800 · 6 months. Comprehensive whole-person assessment and profile, twelve meetings, greater access, and an updated final synthesis.
Why whole-person coaching
The visible problem is not always the whole problem.
A strength such as drive, vigilance, independence, or high standards can produce extraordinary results while also creating predictable costs when it becomes overused.
Structured assessment and synthesis help distinguish the strengths worth protecting from the patterns that now need to change.

I can help you think more clearly about decisions and leadership patterns, but I am not a technical business consultant, financial adviser, attorney, or operating strategist.
The engagements on this page are coaching: future-oriented, goal-directed, and governed by a coaching agreement. Counseling is a separate professional service.
Yes when they are relevant to the coaching goal. The point is to understand how the important systems in your life interact, not to pretend work and home are unrelated.
