Everything still depends on you
Delegation is intellectually obvious but emotionally difficult because control, standards, trust, identity, and risk are all mixed together.
Coaching for entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurs rarely get to keep business pressure in a business-only box. The same person is making decisions, carrying risk, coming home depleted, trying to protect a marriage or family, and deciding whether growth is still worth the cost.

Beyond business tactics
A coach for entrepreneurs should know whether the problem is strategy—or the person trying to execute it.
If the core issue is pricing, hiring systems, financing, product strategy, or operations, you may need a specialist in those areas. Whole-person coaching becomes useful when the business issue is entangled with decision fatigue, overcontrol, conflict avoidance, self-worth, family strain, inability to recover, or uncertainty about what the next stage is actually for.
Common entrepreneurial loops
Delegation is intellectually obvious but emotionally difficult because control, standards, trust, identity, and risk are all mixed together.
Every gain creates another responsibility, so success increases pressure instead of creating freedom.
The spouse or family gets the distracted, irritable, or unavailable version of the person whose patience was spent elsewhere.
Slowing down feels threatening because the company has become the main source of worth, stimulation, or certainty.
A cross-domain example
Sometimes business capacity improves after the personal friction does.
When relational strain and home stress are consuming attention, resolving them can free up judgment, creativity, and emotional capacity at work. That is not business consulting by another name. It is simply recognizing that entrepreneurs do not have separate nervous systems for the office and the kitchen table.
