Consequential decisions
You need to separate fear, ego, pattern, intuition, and actual evidence before making the call.
Executive coaching for senior leaders
For executives and senior leaders who need clear thinking, candid feedback, and psychological depth without turning every challenge into a clinical problem.

What tends to bring people here
The higher the responsibility, the fewer places there are to speak without managing the room.
Many executive challenges are not solved by another communication framework. The important question is often why a capable person keeps repeating a pattern despite knowing better.
The work creates a confidential setting to examine decisions, relationships, stress, identity, and behavior without reducing the conversation to performance metrics.
Common pressure points
You need to separate fear, ego, pattern, intuition, and actual evidence before making the call.
Colleagues, boards, employees, and family members may all have a stake in what you decide.
Stress can amplify habits that work well at moderate intensity but become costly under sustained load.
Three levels of depth
$2,750 · 2 months. One defined problem or outcome, four private meetings, implementation, and a brief continuation plan.
$4,500 · 4 months. An interconnected problem, targeted assessment, concise written synthesis, eight meetings, and limited between-session support.
$7,800 · 6 months. Comprehensive whole-person assessment and profile, twelve meetings, greater access, and an updated final synthesis.
Why whole-person coaching
The visible problem is not always the whole problem.
Assessment can reveal where a leadership concern is connected to perfectionism, conflict avoidance, overcontrol, approval-seeking, chronic vigilance, exhaustion, or other patterns outside the boardroom.
The objective is insight that survives contact with real pressure: clearer decisions, different behavior, and a more sustainable way of carrying responsibility.

My primary offering here is private one-to-one coaching. Team or organizational consulting is not the core service.
Potentially, depending on the arrangement and confidentiality expectations. The scope and privacy boundaries should be explicit before the engagement begins.
Coaching and counseling are kept distinct. If a concern requires clinical treatment or another specialty, that should be addressed through the appropriate professional relationship.
