Christian coaching for high-performing professionals
Spiritual formation for high-performing Christians who want more than religious habits or faith only on Sunday.

Spiritual formation
You still believe, attend church, and know the right answers. Privately, there may still be a nudge to go deeper.
What if the Holy Spirit is inviting you to encounter the abundant life Jesus describes? What if the Father wants you to experience His love more tangibly—or lead your family from a faith that is alive in ordinary life?
Spiritual formation is not about adding more religious tasks to an already crowded life. It is about becoming the kind of person who can receive God’s presence, practice wisdom under pressure, love the people closest to you, and live from something deeper than performance.

Whole-person coaching for your mind, heart, relationships, and faith.
Where coaching can focus
After a long day, home can receive the leftovers. The goal is not to care less about work, but to bring the steady, present version of you back to the people who matter most.
Making wealth may have come naturally. The next question is what success, resources, and influence are meant to serve: mission, generosity, legacy, and meaning.
You may still do the right things and know the right answers while longing for a faith with more meaning, connection, and practical authority in ordinary decisions.
Private pressure
But there may be almost no one you can say that to.
The higher your profile, the smaller your circle of unfiltered honesty can become.

Private coaching engagements
Each engagement is private and individualized. The difference is not simply more sessions—it is the breadth of assessment, access between meetings, and level of implementation support.
A focused private engagement for someone who knows where change is needed and wants expert perspective, structure, and accountability.
A more comprehensive engagement for concerns that cross leadership, faith, relationships, purpose, stress, or inner life.
A high-support private engagement for leaders who want deeper analysis, timely feedback, and active implementation support.

The assessment is used to decide where coaching time is most likely to matter—not simply to generate a score.
Leadership and decision-making, purpose and stewardship, relationships and home, stress and recovery, habits and inner patterns, and—when relevant—spiritual formation.
A concise written analysis identifies strengths, growth edges, uneven patterns, likely bottlenecks, and a prioritized action plan.
The findings help determine what to prioritize, what can wait, and which experiments, conversations, or changes are most likely to move the central goal.
I do not simply average answers. I look for contradictions, outliers, protected strengths, and interactions between domains, then interpret those patterns in the context of your actual life.
Client outcomes
“Through Brian's wisdom and direction, we've recalibrated my home life. Our family has never been so close. Instead of repeating generational failure, we're fixing it.”
“Brian’s guidance is invaluable. He quickly assessed the stuck points and I found a sustainable path. Imposter syndrome was holding me back in my performance. Brian helped me unlock my fullest potential.”
“Brian sees patterns other experts miss. I could never turn my brain off or simply enjoy the life I built. Now, with Brian’s expertise, money serves me—I do not serve it anymore.”

A private starting point
The five-minute spiritual formation assessment explores six domains, identifies uneven patterns rather than hiding them in an average, and generates a private report in your browser.
